The story behind our idea: sustainable, accessible, satisfying noodles.

Every brand starts with a question. Ours was simple: why does convenient food so often feel like a compromise?

Too often, you have to choose:

  • Fast or healthy
  • Affordable or high-quality
  • Comforting or sustainable

We did not think that made sense. So we decided to build something better.

It started with a real-life problem

Like most people, we live busy lives. Long days. Not enough time. And when it comes to food, convenience usually wins.

But the options did not feel right:

  • Instant meals that leave you hungry an hour later
  • Products full of ingredients you do not recognise
  • “Healthy” alternatives that are expensive or unsatisfying

We were not looking for perfection. We were looking for something realistic.

The gap no one was solving

There are plenty of food options out there, but they tend to fall into extremes.

  • Traditional instant noodles — cheap and fast, but low in nutritional value
  • Health-focused products — nutritious, but often expensive, bland, or inconvenient
  • Sustainable food brands — great mission, but not always practical for everyday use
What was missing? A product that brings convenience, nutrition, sustainability, and satisfaction together.

Why noodles?

We chose noodles for a reason. They are familiar, comforting, universally loved, and already part of everyday life.

We did not want to reinvent how people eat. We wanted to upgrade something they already enjoy.

Rethinking the core ingredient

The real breakthrough came when we asked: what if the protein itself could be better?

That is where mycelium came in.

  • A natural, mushroom-based protein
  • Efficient to produce
  • Naturally high in protein
  • A texture that actually feels satisfying

It allowed us to rethink instant noodles from the inside out — not just improve the flavour, but transform the foundation.

From the beginning, we had one rule: if it does not fit into real life, it does not work.

  • Clean ingredients — because you should understand what you eat
  • Accessible — because better food should not be a luxury

No complicated prep. No unrealistic expectations. Just a product that works when you need it.

Not just sustainable — practical

Sustainability is important. But it only works if people actually choose it.

We did not want to create something that sounds good on paper but sits on a shelf. We wanted a product people genuinely enjoy, come back to, and make part of their routine.

Because real impact comes from everyday choices, not occasional ones.
